Angel Oak BW 2

Angel Oak BW 2 - This version of the Angel Oak tree is from a different perspective which is located on Johns Island South Carolina where you can find a large and old live oak tree some estimating it to be between 300 to 400 years old in black and white. The Southern Live Oak tree is a landmark and historical site and a focal point of one of the City of Charleston's public parks. It is considered to be the largest Live Oak Tree east of the Mississippi. One of our sole purpose for our trip was to view and photography this wonderful oak tree, but when we got there there was at least 25 to 30 preschoolers running and jumping all around and over the tree like it was a play ground. Now you could see the people trying to gather them up, but it was to no avail but finally they moved them away from the tree. By the time that they moved the preschoolers away from the tree a bus full of toursit came in so we spent a good deal waiting to get the shot. You will see that many of the limbs are being supported as their weight is likely to break from the weight of them. It was an amazing tree just wish there was a little less wildlife.
