Blue Ridge Parkway Autumn Pano
Blue Ridge Parkway Autumn Pano - Blue Ridge Parkway autumn vistas in the Smoky Mountain National Park. This wide angle panorama was a spectacular way to see it the Smokies. The colorful hill side were full of color of autumn colors from the deep forest greens to yellow, reds, orange and rust leaves it was a visual treat. All I can say is wow then as you look out over the mountains they fall away in this hazy blue colors the farther they are the bluer they get. That is where the blue ridge mountains name came from the trees, from the isoprene released into the atmosphere, which creates this haze.
