Twilight Over Lake Bluebonnets - We had gotten here and found that the Texas hill country park had some nice looking bluebonnet wildflowers which we took when we arrived as we waited for sunset. As the sunset began we waited for the blue hour which is usually between ten or so minutes after the sun sets hoping for some colors in the sky. We were rewarded with some beautiul sunsets colors at twilight looking west but we also noticed that we had color to the east so we went back to this area and took more images. Its a delicate balance to capture both sunset and back light sky but we managed to capture both for this shot. When you see these kind of sunset twilight colors you only have a short time to capture them but when you have success it can be magical. This park sits along lake travis which is part of the colorado river system that many refer to as the highland lakes. Gallery quality Canvas wraps are printed on a 400gsm semi-gloss white poly-cotton blend, specifically designed for the high-end fine art and photography markets. The canvas is then wrapped on a 1.5" stretcher framed and will have a mirrored edge. The gallery wrap arrives at your doorstep ready to hang. While canvas wraps are more expensive, there is no need for matting and framing.
