The Pink Rose of the Selena Exhibit Sunrise - We came back through the Selena Exhibit in downtown Corpus Christi on another day just as the sunrise gave us more light at the Selena Memorial and took a few more shots from different angles with clouds. The Selena Memorial sculpture in Corpus Christi Texas is unique with it constantly changing neon light in this version of neon pinks against the morning sunrise of yellow, pinks and blue twilight sky was beautiful this early morning. The memorial really popped with the vibrant colorful scene showcases the statue pink rose and Selena statue on the side looking out over the marina adorned with colorful neon lights, featuring an illuminated column with a rose at its center and Selena sculpture looking out over the bay marina on the side. Palm trees frame in this monument in Corpus Christi, Texas, that honors Tejano musician Selena Quintanilla-Pérez, who was murdered on March 31, 1995 at age 23. Selena Quintanilla-Perez (1971 – 1995) was an acclaimed Corpus Christi Tejano singer whose life and music touched the community and many people around the world. As the Queen of Tejano Music, Selena’s legacy lives on through her music! Mirador de la Flor, or Overlook of the Flower, was unveiled in 1997 to honor Selena Quintanilla-Perez and her contributions to music and Corpus Christi. The life-size bronze statue of Selena was sculpted by H.W. “Buddy” Tatum, a Corpus Christi artist. The Mirador de la Flor is located on the Corpus Christi Bayfront Seawall. The image you selected will be printed using the Dye Sublimation method, this is where your image is first printed onto a transfer paper with "dye" inks then "sublimated" into the aluminum sheet with heat and pressure. The inks are bonded with the ChromaLuxe® aluminum sheets for the best quality. These rich and colorful prints are then finished off with an a natural aluminum frame mount that pairs really well with the matching aluminum back and gives your print an elegant look. The frame is 3/4" deep which makes your image appear to be floating off the wall and will include a cleat hanger by default. If you would like a wire hanger please let me know. Gallery Quality prints with a luminous appearance

The image you selected will be printed onto high resolution archival Metallic Photo paper using Epson archival inks. This paper gives your HD Acrylic Print a luminous and iridescent appearance. If lit from the front you will get that same stunning look you see in galleries! The print will be covered by a 1/4" clear acrylic and backed by a 1/8" Black Sintra then finished off with an a black aluminum frame mount that pairs really well with the matching Black Sintra back and gives your print an elegant look. The frame is 3/4" deep which makes your image appear to be floating off the wall and will include a cleat hanger by default. Print processing time 9-12 days.

Gallery Canvas wrap

Gallery quality Canvas wraps are printed on a 400gsm semi-gloss white poly-cotton blend, specifically designed for the high-end fine art and photography markets. The canvas is then wrapped on a 1.5" stretcher framed and will have a mirrored edge. The gallery wrap arrives at your doorstep ready to hang. While canvas wraps are more expensive, there is no need for matting and framing. Print processing time 7-10 days.

The fine art prints are created on 100% exhibition grade luster paper. It is an archival heavyweight (308gsm) with a brilliant sheen and a bit of texture for added brilliance and resisting fingerprints and delivers true colors and rich detail. It's archival lifespan is 100+ years. All fine art paper prints will come with a 1/2" border to help with framing or matting, if you do not want the 1/2" border on your print let us know. Print processing time 2-4 days.
